The problem#
Selling online is the easy half. Any template gives you a storefront and a payment button. None of them give you what happens next: a compliant tax invoice with a gap-free number, a purchase order to your supplier, a record of what was actually received against it, a batch you can trace when someone asks, and a straight answer about who owes you money.
So brands end up with a pretty shop bolted to a spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet is where the business actually lives.
The approach#
One system, both halves. In front: a storefront with a catalogue, cart, payments and a journal, art-directed rather than templated. Behind it: vendors, purchase orders, goods receipt and rejection notes, raw material intake with traceability lots, consumables stock, GST tax invoices numbered gap-free per financial year, bills, payments, and a finances view with proper ageing.
It was built for a real food brand, with real compliance requirements, which is why the unglamorous parts are the ones that work best.
How you get it#
As a template adapted to your brand: your products, your photography, your GSTIN and invoice series, your bank details, deployed to your own hosting. What you see here is the shape; the contents become yours.
