The lab will be small for a long time.
We grow only when growth makes the work better — not when it makes the company look bigger. A role opens when there is more work that deserves doing well than the people here can do well.
Compensation is transparent — every role's band is published in the role description. We don't negotiate from a position of "what's the lowest you'll accept;" we pay what the band says and we mean it.
We don't ask for take-home tests. We don't ask for LeetCode. We don't ask for unpaid trial weeks. The last round of every hiring process is a one-hour conversation about a piece of work you'd like to show.
