[ start with the problem ]

Tell us the problem.

Not the software you think you need — the problem itself. What happens today that shouldn’t, or doesn’t happen that should. We study how your business actually runs before we propose anything.

[ what happens next ]

01
Same day
An acknowledgment restating your problem back to you — the first proof that someone actually read it.
02
Within 3 working days
A written response: our read of the problem, the questions we would ask next, and a proposed step — usually a discovery conversation.
03
An honest answer
If your problem is not one we should solve, we say so and point you somewhere better. No stringing along.

About five minutes to complete. The more specific the problem, the better the response — the boring detail is the useful detail.
